After the video has been created by the creator and uploaded for the campaign, it will appear on the campaign details page.

You can rate the video by giving it between 1-5 stars and leaving a comment about it.

You have 72 hours (3 days) to respond to the video and if the rate hasn’t been provided, the video will get approved automatically. The deadline for reviewing the video will appear if you hover the mouse over it. The status of this video will be Awaiting review.

Add a comment about the video and the rate for it. If for some reason you don't like it, please specify it.

If the rating is 1 or 2 stars, the video status will appear as rejected and it will be sent for Moderator review.

Possible reasons for low video rate:

  1. Instructions mismatch: if you added the comment with the instructions for the video but the creator didn’t follow them, the video may be rejected for not meeting specified requirements.

  2. Sound quality issues: videos can be rejected if the song can’t be heard well enough or if there is excessive talking over the music.

SoundCampaign moderators conduct a thorough review of all videos created for our artists. Once a low-rate video is reviewed and considered valid, the budget spent for it will be returned to your campaign budget or your balance.

It’s impossible to add additional instructions after the campaign has started. In case of any disputes, our moderation team will check the videos to make sure the requirements provided by the artist and our Policy have been followed. Complaints related to the instructions that weren’t provided for the creator initially won’t be considered.
