What is the "Artist Protection Program"?

We make sure to protect our artists. Because of this, we have created a unique Artist Protection Program that will allow you to get refunded every time a curator does not provide at least a review of your tracks.
In other words: on each campaign, you will receive a pro-rated refund for all of those curators that did miss reviewing your song.

Please keep in mind that this reimbursement just applies under the case you don't receive reviews from curators, it is not offered if curators do not add your track to their playlists or in any other scenario.

Moreover, remember that you will have to wait until your campaign ends to be able to see your refund. It is not possible to obtain it while your campaign is running.

How does it work?

You do not really have to perform any action. We always want to provide you with comfortable services.

The reimbursement will be done automatically and you will receive it right away to your balance on your artist dashboard. You will be able to use this balance in your next campaign.

Note: this is the only way to obtain your refund, you can not obtain it back to your PayPal or credit card balance.
