At SoundCampaign, we've designed our subscription functionality to enhance your experience on our platform, making it simpler than ever to manage your campaigns and ensure your balance is always topped up.

How do subscription plans work?

Subscriptions offer you the option of monthly recurring balance replenishment. This means you can set up a fixed recurring charge, which will automatically be added to your account balance each month, ensuring you have the funds you need to run your campaigns smoothly.

What subscription plans do we offer?

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll have the choice of three distinct packages: Lite, Regular, and Superstar. Each package comes with its monthly charge and a range of bonuses, including cashback percentages and limited features.

Setting up your subscription

To set up your subscription, simply select your desired package and click "Subscribe." You'll then be guided through the checkout process, where you can complete the transaction. Currently, we provide the PayPal payment option; however, we're working on expanding our payment methods to offer you even more choices.

Your billing day for future recurring payments will be established when you set up and pay for your subscription.

Please note that to set up a subscription, you must have completed at least one campaign on our platform.

Managing your subscription

You can easily manage all aspects of your subscription directly from your dashboard.

Canceling your subscription

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle, after which it will no longer be charged, and subscription options will be disabled. You'll receive an email notification about the subscription ending, along with instructions on how to renew if needed.
