What does a ''campaign'' mean?A campaign is a way we call the strategy used to promote your music.

Can I be a curator and an artist at the same time?You are welcome both as an artist and curator on our platform. Even though, you will have to take this information into account.
How can I login to my account?You will have two options to access your account: via a quick login email or using a password. We will introduce both to you here.
How to set up a password for my account?We recommend you to set up a password so that you can access to your account in an easier way. It is pretty simple, let us guide you!
Do your campaigns have a cost?Applying is free, but running your campaign has a price.
I do not know what genres I should select for my campaignWe will be pleased to help you choose your genres if you are struggling with them.
Can I set up a geographically-based campaign?You can create campaigns based on language, culture, and region.
For how long will my campaign run?All of our campaigns run for up to 14 days and can be re-promoted after they end.
Can an unreleased song be promoted?You’ll be able to promote a song with us as long as you have your track's Spotify URL.
Can I change the song of my campaign after it's approved?It is not possible. You will need to create a new campaign.
Can I run two campaigns for a song at the same time?It is not possible to run two campaigns for the same track at the same time.
Can I edit my campaign?You cannot edit your campaign if it has already been paid. If it is just approved, then you can still edit it.
Can I cancel my campaign?
Can I re-boost my campaign if it is running?Meanwhile it is running, you can not reboost your campaign.
How can I relaunch my campaign?It’s possible to relaunch your campaign after it ends and have your song sent to different playlist curators.

Are the playlists owned by Spotify editors?We work with independent playlist curators from all over the world.
Can I know what curators will receive my song?You will be able to see the curators' names and playlists after you get a review or if your song gets added to a playlist.
Do the playlists have real listeners?The listeners of the playlists are totally real and organic.
How many playlists do you have on SoundCampaign?To this date, we have more than 11,000 playlists owned by over 1,000 curators.
